Ook startte koning Willem III hier zijn tocht naar Engeland om daar de troon te beklimmen.<\/p>\n<p>Tegenwoordig is de oude vesting vooral erg belangrijk als toeristisch trekpleister, door onder andere de zes havens die er aanwezig zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Het is ook deze vesting waar ik dus afgelopen vrijdagavond naartoe ging om de zonsondergang te gaan fotograferen. Ik heb mij vooral gericht op de vuurtoren en de golfbrekers in het Haringvliet, welke beiden prachtige foto-onderwerpen zijn.
